Yoga For PCOS/PCOD

It can help improve blood flow, relieve tension and stress, and stimulate the ovaries, which may help manage the symptoms associated with PCOS/PCOD.

Yoga For PCOS/PCOD

Yoga can be beneficial for managing Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD) symptoms. Poses such as Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), and Balasana (Child's Pose) can help improveyou get rid of this problem.
